Apply it to your face with your fingers. Leave to act for 15-20 minutes. Then rinse with lukewarm water. Apply at maximum 3 times a week. Use the paste for daily cleansing of your skin and for washing your hair. To prepare a bath, add 2-3 tablespoons to the bath tub.
